Ohio History Connection is a nonprofit organization incorporated in 1885 “…to promote a knowledge of archaeology and history, especially in Ohio.” Ohio History Connection exists to interpret, preserve, collect, and make available evidence of the past, and to provide leadership on furthering knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of the prehistory and history of Ohio and of the broader cultural and natural environments of which Ohio is a part.

Support the Ohio Historical Society
Private gifts from individuals, businesses, foundations, and organizations help support the Society’s educational programs, special projects, and general operations. Contributions of $150 or more are recognized in the Society’s Annual Report and on the Foundation’s web pages, while gifts of $300 or more are recognized on the Donor Wall at the Ohio History Center in Columbus.
