Digitizing Your Family History

Pictures, pixels, memory cards, storage: what do you do with all those great digital memories? This course provides an introduction to digitization for family historians. Learn how to select a scanner, basic scanning techniques, and software for managing your digital images. Best practices for digitization will be emphasized, including evaluating copyright and developing back-up procedures for long-term storage.


Date: Saturday, June 29, 2013

Time: 10 AM – 12 PM

Location: Ohio History Center

Cost: $15.00 for OHS and FCGS members; $25.00 for non-members
