I grew up in Toledo and recall hearing of the story of the Toledo fire and Captain Fraser from my grandfathers friends during visits to Downtown.
Knowing Doug Tracy has worked tirelessly to research his ancestor in the Toledo area,
and believe that he would be an exceptional candidate for this honorj.
