What was High Street in Columbus like 40 years ago?
In 1972 and 1973 a group of photographers lead by Clayton Lowe took an extensive series of photographs documenting High Street, the primary north/south artery through the city. They began photographing south of town and continued north til they reached the Pontifical College in Worthington. The photographs and interviews with residents became a short documentary, High Street, that aired on WOSU. Check out the original film!
