The Ohio Historical Society is committed to preserving the history of the state of Ohio through objects, manuscripts, printed materials, photographs/videos, and other forms of records. Many, however, forget that history can happen in our their lifetime.

So what does this mean for us? Our 20th century collections, particularly following WWII, are limited. We would love to change this and expand our mid to late 2oth century collections. Clothing, technology, art, toys, furnishings, letters, photographs, sewing patterns, kitchen equipment… the possibilities are endless!
