The Riffe Gallery and Columbus Historical Society both have new exhibits celebrating the capital city’s 200th anniversary.
The Riffe Gallery exhibit, 100 Years of Art: Celebrating Columbus’ Legacy, runs January 26 to April 15, 2012. Among the pieces on display is a painting from the Ohio Historical Society’s fine art collection, Hocking Valley Picnic by David Broderick Walcutt.

The Columbus Historical Society has moved to new offices at COSI. On February 14 they opened a new exhibit celebrating the city’s history. Among the artifacts of the city’s history on display are items from the Ohio Historical Society’s collections, including:
