Meant to Be
Shortly after my husband and I were married, I began working on his family tree. I discovered, while at the archives at the Ohio Historical Center in Columbus, OH, in the 1860 Census in Columbiana County, Ohio that my direct line ancestor was apprenticing as a miller living with my husband’s direct line ancestor. I knew we were meant to be—our families had been together for 140 years!
